There’s a great article on CRN by Rick Whiting about the 2013 IBM PartnerWorld Leadership Conference that features direct feedback from a variety of IBM Business Partners on why the conference is valuable to them. The article delves into the increased emphasis from IBM on growing the managed services provider (MSP) business, and how this focus is changing the dynamics of the IBM Business Partner ecosystem.
