The segment featured IBM Watson as the pioneering leader in the field to fight cancer by joining forces with 20 top cancer institutes around the world. Specifically, Watson for Genomics was praised for helping medical professionals streamline their work by reading more research, synthesizing more data and vastly improving clinical trial matching.
Watson is uniquely partnering with oncologists, researchers, engineers and our Business Partners to help them work more effectively and elevate patient treatment. It’s clear that Watson is just starting to realize its potential to transform AI in healthcare and beyond.
