Introducing IBM PartnerWorld Advisor, a new resource built with Watson technology for IBM Business Partners
We live in a time where technology is making life easier in a thousand different ways. Of course, here at PartnerWorld, coming up with ways to simplify your interaction with IBM is our ongoing mission. That’s why I’m excited to follow up our February 14 PartnerWorld Leadership Conference (PWLC) announcement with the official virtual “open for business” ribbon-cutting for IBM PartnerWorld Advisor. It’s now live and ready to help you.
When we previewed this voice- and text-activated support tool built with Watson technology at PWLC, your positive feedback exceeded our expectations—thank you, it’s always nice to get that kind of validation in real time. Today, you’ll find PartnerWorld Advisor up and running on the PartnerWorld member home page and program pages. All you have to do is sign in to the PartnerWorld portal to start using it right away!
PartnerWorld Advisor is built with Watson and has been trained to cover the PartnerWorld program framework. We continue to train Watson in many other aspects of working with IBM. It’s all part of the larger simplification effort Marc Dupaquier covered at PWLC, which is all about making it easier for you to work with IBM in a variety of ways in 2017 and beyond. You can help accelerate the PartnerWorld Advisor’s expertise by engaging with it and asking it the questions you want to prioritize for support.
So, for those of you who have been eagerly waiting for it, the wait is over! Sign in to PartnerWorld today to give it a test-drive—and let us know what you think by providing feedback in PartnerWorld Advisor or by using the comments feature below.
