The IBM 2013 PartnerWorld Leadership Conference is rapidly approaching! Business Partners from around the world will converge on Las Vegas from February 25 to 28 to hear from IBM executives on the latest trends in the IT marketplace, and what it will take to align and transform their businesses to go after these new opportunities. It’s a time to learn, network and expand partnerships.
The IBM® PureSystems™ family of expert integrated systems, introduced last year, will be a hot topic during the conference and there will be many opportunities to see how this advanced technology can open new doors for IBM Business Partners. On Monday, the first day of the conference, PureSystems will be discussed within the ISV/MSP Forum. Participants will hear how using patterns of expertise is like strapping a rocket engine to application deployment, and learn how new offerings and financing make PureSystems an ideal infrastructure and application platform for managed service providers.
Throughout the conference, Business Partners will have lots of opportunity for one-on-one time with IBM executives and PureSystems experts in the Executive Meeting Center and Connections Cafe.
IBM Mini-Solution EXPO and Leadership Exchanges
Beginning Monday and continuing through Thursday, all three members of the PureSystems family—IBM PureFlex™ System, PureApplication™ System, and PureData™ System—will be on display at the mini-solution EXPO. Partners will be able to see and touch the systems, and product experts will be on hand to answer questions.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, there will be two Leadership Exchange Sessions specifically on PureSystems. One will cover PureFlex and will be led by Andy Monshaw, IBM General Manager for PureFlex. The other will cover PureApplication System and PureData System and will be led by Jason Gartner, IBM Vice President for PureApplication Product Management and Radoslav Nikolov, Director of PureData Product Management. The sessions will both be offered multiple times.
Reception at Pure Nightclub, Caesars Palace
On Tuesday evening, PureSystems is co-hosting a reception with IDR at the Pure Nightclub (fitting venue, right?) from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Special VIP invitations will get select PureSystems channel partners, ISVs and MSPs in the door early at 8:30 p.m. There will be complementary hors d’oeuvres and drinks, and plenty of opportunity to press the flesh with IBM executives. Attendees will also get free admission to the Pure Nightclub afterward.
To top it all off, during the General Session on Wednesday morning, the IBM Beacon Award winner for the new PureSystems category will be announced. This will be the first-ever PureSystems Beacon Award given—it recognizes the IBM Business Partner that delivered an outstanding client solution built on PureSystems.
There’s no doubt about it—PureSystems will be everywhere at PartnerWorld! IBM Business Partners can visit the 2013 PartnerWorld Leadership Conference website to learn more and register for the conference—see you there!
